Healthcare Xplorers is organised in batches – similar to a startup accelerator. For each batch, we are publishing exciting new data challenges followed by our Xplorers Camps.
— Apply:
Screen the challenges and select the one that inspires you most. Prepare a 10 minute pitch (e.g. 3 to 5 slides) to illustrate how you would solve the challenge. We do not expect a bullet-proof solution to the problem. Submit your pitch and CV (English) to the mentor of the challenge: by clicking on the submit button on the subpage of your selected challenge you will be directed to our talent management pool. You will receive a notice of arrival immediately. The game is on!

The mentors will review your idea proposal. We will get back to you to confirm if you have been selected for the virtual Xplorers Camp with our panel of experts within three weeks. You can of course develop your idea further in the meantime if you want to.

— Xplorers Camp:
You made it to our Xplorers Camp! This is a joint virtual session where you present your idea and discuss it with our Roche mentors and other participants. Enjoy the exchange and get to know inspiring minds. After a short break, we will let you know if your idea has convinced our mentors. There will be one Xplorer Camp for each challenge in order to keep it personal and focused.*

You made it to our Xplorers Camp! This is a joint zoom session where you present your idea and discuss it with our Roche mentors and other participants. Enjoy the exchange and get to know inspiring minds. After a short break, we will let you know if your idea has convinced our mentors. There will be one Xplorer Camp for each challenge in order to keep it personal and focused.*

* Please note that if you are invited to the Xplorers Camp you will be asked to enter into a speaker agreement with Roche Diagnostics GmbH prior to your participation. In such agreement, you will have to agree, inter alia, that Roche Diagnostics GmbH will have the unrestricted right to use the contents and materials you should present during such a Xplorers Camp.
