The set-up of Healthcare Xplorers is inspired by the accelerator concept from the startup world, catalyzing the co-development of solutions through a time-boxed batch approach.

If you already have a research team working in the field of one of our challenges, please get directly in touch with us to discuss a potential cooperation.

Your students will have 4 weeks time to solve the selected challenge(s) and submit their ideas on 3-5 PPT slides.
— Present
The best participants will be invited to our virtual Xplorers Camp to present their ideas to our Roche mentors.
— Cooperate
Wether it will be an internship for your students or a reaseach cooperation agreement with your university – basically everything is possible.

TUM.ai Makeathon
We strongly believe in the power of open innovation and are happy to announce our brand-new partnership with TUM.ai, Germany‘s leading AI student initiative based in Munich.
TUM.ai made itself a name for its Makeathon: a virtual 48-hours challenge for students and young professionals with the goal to develop a working AI solution for a real-world business case. Innovators of tomorrow work together in interdisciplinary teams on prototypes for challenges in medtech, education and environment.
